Because many items are handmade, personalized, or custom-designed, small differences in color, placement, materials, and finish may occur. These differences are part of the custom process and do not make an item defective.

Ordering & Approval

Customers begin by submitting an order form or request with their chosen product, wording, colors, style preferences, and any other relevant details. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of an order until Southern Day Dreams LLC confirms the scope, price, timeline, and payment instructions.

For custom or personalized orders, customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, phrases, initials, colors, sizes, and other submitted details before work begins. Southern Day Dreams LLC is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted information after approval.

If an order request is unclear, incomplete, outside the available product types, or not a good fit for the business, Southern Day Dreams LLC may ask follow-up questions, revise the quote, or decline the order.

Pricing, Quotes & Payment

Prices shown on the website may be listed as ranges because final pricing depends on item type, materials, customization level, design complexity, size, and shipping needs.

A final quote or invoice will be provided before paid work begins. Payment terms may include full payment upfront or an agreed deposit with a remaining balance due before shipping, delivery, or final release.

Orders are not placed into production until payment terms are accepted and the required payment is received. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, rush fees, or special sourcing costs unless specifically stated in the quote or invoice.

Production Timeline

Production timelines vary by product type, order volume, material availability, design complexity, and customer response time. Estimated timelines will be shared after the order details are reviewed.

Ready-to-personalize items such as tumblers and hats are generally expected to have shorter timelines than deeper story-based custom keepsakes. Custom keepsake art may require additional consultation, sourcing, design, drying, curing, revision, or finishing time.

Any requested deadline should be shared before purchase. Rush orders are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, shipping carriers, weather, supply issues, or customer-requested changes may extend the timeline.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Physical items may be shipped or made available for local pickup when local pickup is offered. Shipping costs, carrier options, and delivery estimates will be confirmed before or during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Southern Day Dreams LLC is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after shipment. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, the customer should contact Southern Day Dreams LLC within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so the issue can be reviewed.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because many Southern Day Dreams items are custom, personalized, or made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.

Custom and personalized items

Custom and personalized items are generally final sale once production has begun. This includes items with customer-selected names, phrases, initials, colors, symbols, design details, or story-based elements.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before production begins. If production has not started, Southern Day Dreams LLC may issue a full or partial refund depending on whether design work, sourcing, consultation, payment processing fees, or preparation costs have already occurred.

Defects or order mistakes

If an item is defective or materially different from the confirmed order details due to an error by Southern Day Dreams LLC, the customer should contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable resolution depending on the issue.

Not eligible for refund

Refunds are not generally offered for customer spelling errors after approval, changes of mind, normal handmade variation, color differences caused by screen settings, missed deadlines that were not accepted in writing, or subjective preference after a custom item was made according to the approved details.

Custom Work, Revisions & Approvals

Custom work is collaborative. Southern Day Dreams LLC may use customer-provided memories, colors, wording, symbols, and preferences to create a physical piece or design direction.

Each custom order includes only the revisions, review steps, or consultation time stated in the quote, invoice, listing, or written communication. Additional revisions, major direction changes, rush requests, or extra sourcing may require additional fees.

Once a customer approves a design direction, wording, mockup, or production plan, changes may not be possible or may require an additional charge. Final handmade items may vary from sketches, mockups, inspiration photos, or digital previews.

Privacy Policy

Southern Day Dreams LLC collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, create quotes, process orders, customize products, provide customer support, and deliver purchases.

Information collected may include name, email address, shipping address, phone number if provided, order details, customization preferences, uploaded inspiration images, and customer-provided story or memory details.

Customer information is not sold. Information may be shared only as needed with service providers that help operate the business, such as payment processors, form providers, shipping carriers, email services, or website hosting tools.

Payment details are handled by the payment processor used at checkout or invoice payment. Southern Day Dreams LLC does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on this website.

Customer stories and personal details are treated respectfully. Southern Day Dreams LLC will not intentionally publish sensitive customer-provided story details without permission.

Questions, Issues & Disputes

If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact Southern Day Dreams LLC first so we can review the order and work toward a resolution. Please include the customer name, order details, photos if relevant, and a clear description of the issue.

We aim to resolve good-faith customer concerns through communication, repair, replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution when appropriate under these policies.
